Prestige International Inc. The "Tokyo Women's Future Forum Joint Declaration" aims to foster a social movement to transform the mindset of corporate leaders and workplace culture regarding the advancement of women, and to expand networks for women's empowerment in collaboration with companies and organizations active in these areas.
In 2018, the PI Group launched "WEPRO" (Women Empowerment Project), the predecessor to its current Diversity Promotion Project. PI has strived to improve systems and environments and review human resource development methods so that all employees can choose their own paths and be themselves. Through this declaration, as a participating company, PI is committed to promoting diversity management not only internally but throughout society.
Moving forward, PI will continue to strive for the creation of an environment where diverse human resources can thrive, leveraging the potential of each individual.
