Prestige International Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tamagami; hereinafter “PI”) is pleased to announce that, following its consolidated subsidiary Prestige Core Solution inc. (hereinafter “PCS”), Premier Aid Inc. has completed the assessment as a participant in TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), an information security assessment standard established by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), and the applicable registered locations within the PI Group have been expanded.
About TISAX
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is an information security assessment standard (VDA-ISA) developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). It is a registered trademark managed and administered by the ENX Association, which is an organization comprised of automobile manufacturers, suppliers, and VDA. By standardizing the assessment method, the VDA-ISA enables automobile manufacturers belonging to the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) to refer to the TISAX assessment results of new and existing suppliers.
Our Initiatives in TISAX and Expansion of Registered Locations
In order to comply with the strict information security standards required of suppliers by our client automotive manufacturers, and globally, the PI Group registered its consolidated subsidiary, Prestige Core Solution inc., as a TISAX Participant for the first time in 2020 for its operations conducted at the Akita BPO Main Campus.
The recent assessment was conducted as a cross-group organizational review covering not only each BPO operating center but also the parent company PI and its corporate administrative divisions. As a result, in addition to completing the reassessment and renewing the registration for the Akita BPO Main Campus of PCS, the operations centers of our consolidated subsidiary Premier Aid Inc.—which provides emergency response and connected services for automobile manufacturers and insurance companies—namely “Iwate BPO Fortress” and “Toyama BPO Town”, have also completed extensive assessments and on-site reviews and been newly registered. Consequently, the registered locations across the entire PI Group have significantly expanded, and the assessment results are now accessible on the ENX Portal (*).
This expansion of registered locations proves that, rather than being limited to a single location or operation, the organizational foundation and management/operational structure supporting the entire PI Group have established an advanced, global standard of information security. In order to continuously maintain the trust of our customers and client companies, we will continue to operate our organization in accordance with the VDA-ISA and incorporate optimal technologies and expertise.
