Prestige International Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichi Tamagami) is pleased to announce that it has ranked 43rd in the overall ranking of the 2026 “100 Best Companies Where Women Shine,” announced in the women's magazine Nikkei WOMAN published by Nikkei Business Publications, Inc.

About the “100 Best Companies Where Women Shine”

This ranking summarizes the results of the “Survey on Corporate Empowerment of Women” conducted by Nikkei WOMAN and the Nikkei Women Empowerment Project. The 2026 edition, marking the 24th time the survey has been conducted, targeted 4,500 leading domestic companies, including listed companies. The overall ranking of the top 100 companies among the 451 companies that responded was announced.
From the two perspectives of “job satisfaction” and “comfortable working environment,” the reality of environments where female employees can thrive is measured and scored using four indicators: “Promotion to Managerial Positions,” “Promotion of Women's Participation,” “Work-Life Balance,” and “Human Resource Diversity.”

Evaluation and Initiatives

The company began participating in this survey in 2023. In the 2026 edition, it received a particularly excellent score in the “Promotion to Managerial Positions” indicator, as its efforts to promote women's empowerment, including the cultivation of female leaders, were highly evaluated. Prestige International positions the creation of an employment environment where young people and women can continue to work with dreams and the contribution to local communities as important basic strategies, and continues to implement various initiatives.

Moving forward, we will continue to establish various support systems to create an environment and culture where employees can continue to work, fostering an organizational culture and building a system that provides job satisfaction.
