Prestige International Group would like to express our deepest sympathies to the people and families affected by the earthquake that occurred with its epicenter off the coast of Aomori Prefecture on December 8, 2025. We sincerely hope for the early recovery of the areas affected by the disaster.

We would like to report on the effects of the earthquake on the Group as of December 9, at 9:00 a.m. (JST), as follows.

The effects of the earthquake
Safety status of employees
No serious injuries have been reported among employees of the Group.

Damage status of facilities
There was no major damage to the buildings and facilities of Aomori BPO Misawa Branch (Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture), Iwate BPO Fortress (Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture), Group company Entrust Inc. Sendai Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture), and Time Commerce Co., Ltd. Aomori Office (Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture), and no situation that would hinder the continuation of business operations.
Other BPO centers on the Sea of Japan side (Akita, Yamagata, Toyama, and Niigata prefectures) and branches of group companies have also sustained no damage to their buildings or other facilities.
