Inclusion in the  “FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index”

Prestige International Inc. has been selected as a constituent of the “FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index” by FTSE Russell.

“FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index” is an index created by FTSE Russell which reflects the performance of Japanese companies demonstrating outstanding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices in their respective sectors and is designed to be sector neutral.

Capital Procurement Through ESG/SDGs Assessment Loan Program

Created by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the Japan Research Institute, Limited, the ESG/SDGs Assessment Loan Program is a financing product that uses independent assessment criteria to evaluate a company's ESG initiatives, information disclosure process, and contribution to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as to feed back an analysis of the current status of the suitability of the company's initiatives and information disclosure process, future challenges, and examples of initiatives to address these challenges. Prestige International’s corporate philosophy and commitment to sustainability, consideration of employees, and efforts to tackle climate change were deemed to be at an extremely high standard, which then enabled capital procurement. In future, Prestige International will continue to tackle community and social issues head on by creating initiatives and services to resolve these issues.

All Japanese Listed Companies' Website Ranking

The "All Japanese Listed Companies' Website Ranking" is a deviation value based on evaluation items selected by Nikko Investor Relations Co., Ltd., from the three perspectives of "Easy to understand," "Easy to use," and "High volume of information." The purpose of this survey is to investigate the level of information disclosure on the Company's website and to promote awareness of information disclosure by companies. In fiscal 2023, evaluations were conducted on 3970 companies listed on the stock exchange. Of the 508 companies with the highest overall ratings, 203 were the AAA Websites, 132 were the AA Websites, and 173 were the A Websites. As a result, we were selected as the "All Markets Ranking AA Websites."

Gomez IR Site Ranking

Gomez IR Site Ranking 2023 is conducted by the Broadband Security Gomez Consulting Division, Inc. to evaluate the ease of use and information adequacy of IR websites of listed companies in Japan by means of survey items consisting of four categories: ease of use of websites, adequacy of financial and financial information, adequacy of corporate and management information, and aggressiveness and innovativeness of information disclosure. Of the 384 outstanding companies, we were ranked 149 in total and won the Silver Prize. In addition, we were ranked ninth in the Service industry by industry.

Eruboshi Certification (2 Stars) as a Company Promoting Women’s Empowerment

Eruboshi Certification is a three-level accreditation system under which the Japanese Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare recognizes companies that have formulated an action plan based on the Act on the Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace and are making excellent efforts to promote women’s empowerment under this action plan. Prestige International was deemed to have fulfilled four of the criteria for certification: excellence in recruitment, working hours, ratio of managerial positions, and various career courses, thereby receiving two-star (second level) certification in June 2022. The company is endeavoring to create environments and systems that enable female employees—who comprise approximately 70% of the workforce supporting Prestige International Group’s service provision—to participate in the workplace actively and with peace of mind for the long term. The aim of the company is to be a place where employees can utilize their individual capabilities and pursue work fulfillment.

Kurumin Certification as a company supporting child-rearing

In March 2023, Prestige International Inc. received Kurumin Certification from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as a company supporting child-rearing under the Act for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation.

Health and Productivity Enterprise (Large Enterprise Category) Certification

Created by the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Heath and Productivity Enterprise Certification System recognizes large and small to medium companies that are implementing especially good health management based on initiatives tailored to health issues within the local community and health improvement initiatives promoted by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council) by shining a spotlight on these companies. Prestige International declared its policy regarding health management in 2019 and carried out a variety of different activities aimed at fostering health awareness among employees. Prestige International was recognized as a Health and Productivity Enterprise for 2024 (Large Enterprise Category). Moving forward, Prestige International aims to be a global company that establishes healthy habitual behavior among employees and realizes changes in awareness, as well as provides a workplace where each employee can work in comfort so that both the company and local community can prosper.

Nikkei New Office Awards

The Nikkei New Office Awards is a system that recognizes exceptionally creative and ingenious offices with the aim of spreading and encouraging the creation of new offices. The awards have been co-sponsored by the New Office Promotion Association and Nikkei Inc. since 1988. With their unique concepts, Prestige International’s BPO centers in Japan have won numerous Nikkei New Office Awards as it creates bases focused on involvement with the local community and the creation of comfortable workplaces for employees.
