The Insurance Customer Service Representative / Claims Examiner (CSR/CE) plays an
important role in the service provided by Prestige International.
To customers who call for services, the CSR/CE is the voice of our clients.
To insurers who rely on our adjudication service, the CSR/CE is the focal point of the claims process. For these reasons, it is crucial that all Customer Service Representatives / Claims Examiners perform their work with great enthusiasm, efficiency, accuracy and professionalism. Our goal is not only to fulfill the needs of customers and insurers but also to exceed their expectations.
- Handle inbound/outbound telephone calls and claim adjustment for at least one or all of the following customer service/assistance/concierge applications
► OTAI providers
► Other required services
- Understand and apply appropriate interpretation of insurance policies
- Answer questions from clients, claimants and medical facility representatives
- Establish good relationship with Doctors, Dentists, Hospitals and partners
- Creation and maintenance of communication records of all services provided
- Perform research and gathering of assistance and referral information to build and update the manuals, database, and other useful information sources
- Proactively provide feedback to Supervisor to help improving quality and efficiency of operations
- Conduct necessary investigation to determine proper handling of the claim
- Complete the insurance claim process within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide timely responses to insured and claimants
- Maintain organized files and process customer service assistance and claims in an orderly fashion
- When necessary, provide customer service assistance to other operations groups
- Assist in maintaining overall systems and operations integrity of the operation group and the company premises as a whole
- Perform all other duties that may arise and assigned by Supervisor and/or Management

| Hours / Shifts | Monday ~ Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Emergency shift may be requested when requested |

| Requirements | Fluency in Japanese / English in speaking, reading and writing Basic computer skills (Microsoft applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Explorer)

Organization skills and detail oriented
Positive attitude and a team player
